How do I add OPSBOT to my division server?+

OPSBOT is in controlled rollout. Contact us via Discord or Email to request an invite link. Once added, run /setup.

Does my division need to be official in SEA?+

No. Both official and unofficial divisions can use OPSBOT. However, the Division EXP module requires an official tracker entry.

Why isn't the Blacklist auto-ban working?+

Verify the module is active via /settings module toggle. Ensure bot has Ban Members permissions and appropriate hierarchy.

Can I disable modules I don't use?+

Yes. OPSBOT is completely modular. You can toggle Events, Moderation, Blacklist Sync, Weekly Analytics, and Officer Quotas individually.

Who can access the bot's settings?+

By default, only server Administrators. You can delegate access by running /settings roles set to map roles to bot tiers.

How long does support take to respond?+

Discord tickets are usually under 4 hours. Email inquiries are typically processed within 24 hours.
