Terms of Service

By adding OPSBOT to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove OPSBOT from your server and discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and division leaders who interact with OPSBOT in any capacity.

OPSBOT is a Discord bot designed for Roblox SEA Military division management. It provides the following functionality:

• Automated SEA blacklist enforcement via Discord bans
• Division EXP and member count tracking via Roblox and Google Sheets integration
• Event hosting, logging, and attendance tracking
• Server moderation tools including bans, kicks, mutes, and warnings
• Server and message logging
• Weekly division analytics reporting
• Configurable module system for enabling and disabling features

OPSBOT is provided as-is. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to use OPSBOT to:

• Harass, target, or discriminate against individuals or groups
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse OPSBOT's systems or APIs
• Interfere with the operation of OPSBOT or other servers using it
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Violate Roblox's Terms of Service
• Use logging or moderation features to facilitate stalking, harassment, or privacy violations

OPSBOT collects and stores the following data to provide its services:

• Discord Guild IDs and configuration settings per server
• Discord User IDs for moderation records (warnings and notes)
• Roblox Group IDs provided during setup
• Division names and official status
• Event and metric data (event counts, attendance figures, message counts)

OPSBOT does not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used exclusively to provide OPSBOT's features to your server.

Message content is only accessed transiently for the message logging feature and is not stored by OPSBOT — it is forwarded to your configured log channel and then discarded.

OPSBOT integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Discord — all bot functionality operates within Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service
• Roblox OpenCloud API — used for group rank management and group info retrieval
• RoVer API — used to link Discord accounts to Roblox accounts for Roblox-related commands
• Google Sheets API — used to read SEA blacklist and division tracker data from publicly accessible sheets

OPSBOT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Discord, Roblox, RoVer, or Google.

OPSBOT is provided as a best-effort service. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. OPSBOT may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control including outages from Discord, Roblox, or other third-party services.

We are not liable for any loss of data, missed events, or other impacts resulting from OPSBOT downtime or service interruptions.

OPSBOT and its developer(s) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect bans applied via the blacklist enforcement system
• Data loss resulting from server or database issues
• Misuse of moderation tools by server administrators
• Any actions taken by your server staff using OPSBOT's commands

You may terminate your use of OPSBOT at any time by removing it from your server. Upon removal, your server's configuration data will be retained unless you request it be deleted, in case you choose to re-add the bot.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict OPSBOT's access to any server at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that these Terms of Service have been violated.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of OPSBOT after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify server administrators via OPSBOT's official Discord server or support channels.
